Structural Innovation Of Colorful Solar Panel

     The concept of organic is seemingly new, but its history is not short-similar to the history of silicon-based solar cells. The first silicon-based solar cell was produced by Bell Labs in 1954, and its solar photovoltaic conversion efficiency was close to 6%, while the first organic photoelectric conversion device was prepared by Kearns and Calvin in 1958, the main material being magnesium phthalocyanine (MgPc) dyes, The dye layer is sandwiched between electrodes of two different power functions.      There are few innovations in the field of organic solar cells, and all reported devices are similar in structure to the 1958 edition, except for the use of various organic semiconductor materials between electrodes of two different power functions.     The structure of the double-layer membrane heterogeneous organic solar cell is shown in Fig. 2.
